He will also discuss why pay did not make the list and how pay affects retention, as well as why the relationship to the immediate supervisor is very important, and how you keep employees from all generations.

Developing Our Future Talent Through Community Partnerships

Brian Stefanich from Bemidji Career Academies will present on how their program is providing opportunities for the future manufacturing workforce through various ways, including high school courses, post-secondary courses and real-world experiences such as youth skills training, paid internships and partnerships with the Exploring Program. He will share how they are accomplishing their goals to boost student engagement and partner connections.
