Meet The Panelists
Mark Haaland, PS Industries®
Mark Haaland is the Sales and Marketing Director at PS Industries, a custom manufacturer dedicated to creating products that save lives. He earned a BA in communications from the University of North Dakota and has more than 40 years of experience in sales and sales management, including 28 years in manufacturing leadership. PS Industries serves clients around the world through four specialized divisions: PS Access Solutions, providing heavy-industry solutions for openings and ventilation; PS Safety Access, focused on fall protection for elevated openings; PS Flood Barriers, delivering dry floodproofing systems for critical infrastructure; and PS Public Protection, safeguarding public spaces. Today, 99% of PS Industries’ products are sold outside the company’s local region, with installations on every continent except Antarctica.
Ned Tabat, Meadowlark Aircraft Company
Ned Tabat received his BS, MS and PhD in electrical engineering and physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has over forty years of experience in design, development and volume manufacturing of complex physical electronics systems. Ned is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Meadowlark Aircraft Company, a manufacturer of mid-size unmanned aerial systems, founded and headquartered in Grand Forks, ND.
Tim Eggert, Sheyenne Tooling & Manufacturing
Tim Eggert is the owner of Sheyenne Tooling & Manufacturing in Cooperstown, ND. Sheyenne manufactures and distributes Sunmaster Sunflower Headers, Sheyenne augers, Blackmax snowblowers and a variety of other customer supporting attachments. In addition to manufacturing their own branded products, Sheyenne also partners closely with companies such as Bobcat, John Deere and Geith heavy attachments. Tim graduated from North Dakota State University with a BS in industrial engineering. Before Sheyenne Tooling and Manufacturing, he served in management roles with Bobcat Company for seven years and then went on to spend more than a decade managing production facilities for Bobcat/Doosan.
