Small Town Meets Big Business: Lessons In Collaboration From Gonvick, Minnesota, And The Oil Industry

Come to the December 12 meeting of the Highway 2 West Manufacturers’ Association in Gonvick and hear Becky Haase from Enbridge Oil describe how her company is collaborating with this small Minnesota town in order to develop a major pipeline outpost. In addition, it’s your chance to attend one of three tours of growing Gonvick area businesses: Winsor Products, makers of Mrs. Olson’s Lefsa; Clearwater Powder Coating; and Richards Publishing Company. Attendees should report to the Historic Legion Log Cabin in Gonvick at 10:00 a.m. for tour instructions, then the group will return to the Historic Legion Log Cabin for the luncheon meeting after the tours have been completed. The luncheon will feature the Gonvick Legion members’ famous walleye fish fry!
